Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, take a picture of the product and send a request to us to review the product quality and supplier reputation. Any reflection on quality issues will be replied within one day after we receive the pictures.

About an order not being delivered, you must notify within four weeks of the order being placed. Please e-mail us about the delivery not arrive.

Money is returned to your credit card or PayPal account based on the method you chose at checkout. When you request a refund you will not be charged any extra fees.

For quality control, the above rules are for us to collect defective products. We will not return new products to you if you do not retain defective products or have no proof of images.

Return and refund policies

Return & Replace:

If the customer is not satisfied with the item for a good reason, but cannot be refunded.

We will replace other products when you notify us within 24 hours after delivery if:

+ Products are confused, defective.

+ Damaged during transport.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or by phone will be paid to the original credit card used for payment or paypal account, bank account, depending on which you have paid by image. Come on.
